Service & Maintenance
Service & Maintenance contracts are designed to meet the needs of the Client. We offer PA / VA and associated system health checks, maintenance and audibility testing to BS5839. We also provide system upgrades and changes, remedial works, and problem solving to component level. Reports are provided detailing work carried out and recommendations. Regular maintenance visits increase the operational life of a system.

We have vast experience of OEM systems, such as Audix, Avalon, Baldwin Boxall, Cameo, Millbank and Spector Lumenex. We have reverse engineered many sites, establishing detailed central system and field wiring information. We take pride in investigating and repairing the cause of the problem, rather than offering expensive replacements.

We currently maintain many systems for various sites in the UK, including banks, theatres and many of the London Mainline stations, and can offer flexible hours of working.

Our maintenance visits typically involve following a 28-point checklist of items, systematically working through the central equipment functions. After each visit a written report is issued, detailing our findings and prices for any necessary remedial work.

With all maintenance agreements we offer a 24-hour next day call-out facility for the system, to investigate any problems, offering added peace of mind.
